First off Pam call’s you back and her follow up is fantastic. I used 3 other realtors before finding Pam, none of which followed up at all.
She communicates with you every step, not sure how she keeps tract of things, but she really does. I thought I was good at follow up and keeping tract, but she has me beat!
She also had recommendations for other needs, like financing, lawyers, and contractors for additional needs for my new home.
To say we are HAPPY with Pam just isn’t enough! She continues to be helpful even after the sale. She really goes beyond the norm! If you are looking for a good realtor I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pam Baker!
