Hi! I am Beverly Hepp, Associate Broker with South Towne Realtors. I was born and raised in Marshall County and I currently reside in Athens with my husband, Marc, and our two fur babies. I have two children, Savannah & Taylor, and one AWESOME grandson, Eli (yes, I’m a little bias ♥️).
In 1996, I started a job in real estate not knowing that I was actually beginning my CAREER. In 25 years, I have done about all aspects of a real estate office… secretary, personal assistant, office manager, property management, Realtor and Managing Broker. In 2014,I started working in the foreclosure market with Mark Caudell and that is a full time job within itself but my true passion still is working with first time home buyers. Being able to walk you through the entire process from pre-approvals to closing day as seamless as possible is ALWAYS my goal.
